Xometry, a leading on-demand manufacturing marketplace, seeks a Staff Product Manager to shape the Sales Technology and Operations strategy. You will partner with Sales leadership and Salesforce engineers to rebuild core sales tooling, aligning with segmentation and buyer profiles to accelerate revenue and reduce manual work.
With 10+ years in product management and deep CRM expertise, you will guide cross-functional roadmaps, craft enterprise-ready transaction rails, and enable reps with tools
Qualifications
- Over 10 years in product management with sales tech or revenue ops ownership.
- Experience translating segmentation into differentiated tooling and workflows.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys across buyer profiles.
- Deep Salesforce expertise: Sales Cloud, CPQ, hierarchy, and integrations.
- Hands-on fluency with modern commercial stacks and CRM ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Build a unified revenue and account management engine aligned to segmentation.
- Transform Salesforce into a dynamic revenue engine with automated data pipelines.
- Deliver transaction infrastructure for enterprise programs and quote workbenches.
- Provide real-time order milestone visibility within sales workflows.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and secure engineering commitments.
- Translate sales processes into AI-enabled specs and governance for models.
