You’ll conduct ongoing user research, partner with design and engineering, and define metrics to guide prioritization so every decision delivers measurable impact. Full-time telecommuting is an option.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
• Strong data analysis, research, and technical leadership capabilities.
• Experience shaping AI-enabled product features and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Ironclad's Editor tool and contract platform, leveraging AI for outcomes.
• Become the go-to industry expert on contract collaboration, editing, versioning, and review.
• Make bold, strategic trade-offs beyond existing solutions, with user-centric focus.
