Ironclad, Inc. seeks a Staff Product Manager in San Francisco, CA to shape the Editor tool and document platform.

You will leverage AI to drive superior customer and business outcomes and become the go-to industry expert on contract collaboration, editing, versioning, and review. You will work with design and engineering to push the boundaries of simplicity and extensibility, both in the UI and under the hood, while defining metrics to guide prioritization and impact.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with 4 years of experience or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of progressive experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Ironclad's Editor tool and document platform, including leveraging AI to drive superior customer and business outcomes where appropriate.
• Become the go-to industry expert on contract collaboration, editing, versioning, and review.
• Make bold, strategic trade-offs that go beyond replicating existing solutions.
• Deeply understand our users through continuous research and feedback loops.
• Partner closely with design and engineering to push the boundaries of simplicity and extensibility, both in the UI and under the hood.
• Define and analyze key metrics that inform product prioritization, ensuring that every decision delivers measurable impact.
• Full-time telecommuting is an option.
