Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Product Manager to own the Contract Understanding Platform, the extraction and document understanding system powering our AI agents and workflows. You will drive end-to-end data quality, from import to structured export, ensuring robust relationships across clauses and contracts.

You will partner with engineering, design, data science, legal, security, and GTM teams. You will move between customer workflows and technical discussions, influencing model architectures,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including staff-level ownership of a technically complex product area.
• Experience shipping production AI/ML, developer platform, data infrastructure, or search products.
• Fluency with LLM systems, extraction or retrieval, APIs, data models, evaluation methods, latency, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and the quality for contract understanding, including roadmap and OKRs.
• Define APIs, schemas, and developer experience for a single, consistent extraction service.
• Build and ideate on front-end experiences for reviewing and validating data.
