Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping production software.
• Strong in TypeScript or Python.
• Built data systems, developer platforms, or infrastructure.
• Built with LLMs past the demo stage.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core platform systems from the ground up.
• Solve the hardest parts of making AI work reliably on real company data.
• Ship infrastructure that runs securely in the environments our customers trust.
• Turn what we learn in the field into product.
• Set the engineering bar: testing, evals, observability, and code review.
