Tractorbeam AI, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking an Operations Lead to shape how the company runs across customers. You will design and own the operating rhythm, align demand with capacity, and turn conversations into contracts and delivery.

You'll build the models and dashboards the company relies on, run back office functions, and streamline processes with lightweight systems and AI tools to remove bottlenecks.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or technical program management.
• Understand the numbers behind a growing business: pipeline, capacity, and margin.
• Strong in spreadsheets, with SQL or BI tools a plus.
• Write clearly and align engineers, customers, and founders on the same plan.
• Like building processes that people actually use.

The Operations Lead builds and runs the systems that keep it sharp: who's working on what, what's at risk, what's next, and whether the business is healthy. You'll work directly with the founders and own how the company operates. This is a builder's role. Most of what you run, you'll design first.

• Like building process that people actually use
