Job summary

Trakt System is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to own high-throughput data pipelines ingesting flight telemetry and maintenance data, plus the integrations to MRO and ERP systems. You will manage the developer platform, client libraries, and privacy-preserving federated learning to enable cross-fleet intelligence with strong security controls.

You will work on multi-tenant architectures, authentication, and API security, while expanding cloud infrastructure capabilities and maintaining 4–12

Qualifications

• 4+ years in backend, data, or ML platform engineering.
• Experience building high-throughput data pipelines and production APIs at scale.
• Experience integrating with third-party enterprise systems and delivering reliable data exchange.
• Experience building or maintaining developer-facing platforms, APIs, or client libraries.
• Solid grasp of multi-tenant architecture, authentication, and API security best practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure; government cloud exposure a plus.
• Aviation MRO domain knowledge (AMOS, TRAX, Maximo, or similar) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and harden high-throughput data pipelines ingesting telemetry and maintenance data from live fleets.
• Develop and maintain bidirectional integrations with leading MRO, ERP, and OEM platforms.
• Own the Trakt developer platform, API, and client libraries for easy adoption by customers.
• Maintain multi-tenant data isolation so operator data remains separate.
• Operate and improve privacy-preserving federated learning infrastructure.
• Automate retraining pipelines to improve AI models from real-world outcomes.
• Uphold security and compliance posture across encryption and cloud hosting.
• Support onboarding and keep deployment promises, troubleshooting end-to-end.
