Job summary

Tractorbeam AI, Inc. in Chicago, IL is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to own large pieces of the platform from design to production.

You will work directly with the founders to ship core systems that run AI reliably on customer data, while improving testing, observability, and code review processes. You would join a small, senior team delivering infrastructure that enables AI to operate securely in the environments customers trust, and turn field learnings into product.

Qualifications

• 2+ years shipping production software.
• Strong in TypeScript or Python.
• Built data systems, developer platforms, or infrastructure.
• Built with LLMs past the demo stage.

Most of it hasn't been built before. You'll own large pieces of the system from design to production and work directly with the founders.
