Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on their prescriptions.
• Lead the pharmacy team in the Pharmacy Manager's absence and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and regulatory standards across operations.
