Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot between tasks to meet patient needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner.
• Communication Skills: interact with patients and colleagues, listen actively.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate days supply, dosing, and inventory needs.
• Issue Resolution: manage challenging interactions and choose best course of action.
• Physical Demands: withstand extended periods upright and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
