Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health purpose by providing safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunization services.
• Supervising as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during shifts, coaching the team and reporting performance.
• Overseeing prescription fulfillment and pharmacy workflow to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Immunizing patients and supporting staff in immunization delivery where permissible.
• Managing inventory with emphasis on cold chain products and maintaining safety standards.
