CVS Health is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Florida. You will lead the pharmacy operations, dispense medications accurately, counsel patients, and support the Pharmacy Manager in daily duties while delivering compassionate, quality care.

This role emphasizes adherence to safety standards, patient education, and collaboration with the health care team to optimize outcomes and access to care for our customers.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Maintain patient safety by ensuring accurate prescription labeling and counseling.
• Oversee pharmacy operations as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts.
• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care and assist patients with insurance/medication issues.
• Support inventory management, including cold chain products.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and CVS policies.
