Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Maintain focus and pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety
• Deliver compassionate patient care and coach the pharmacy team as needed
• Offer and immunize where permissible and supervise Pharmacy Technicians
• Manage inventory with best practices and protect cold chain products
• Ensure operations comply with state Board of Pharmacy regulations; escalate issues as needed
• Maintain scheduling flexibility and contribute to a safe, inclusive team dynamic
• Maintain relevant clinical and technical skills through ongoing trainings and CMEs
