Job summary

CVS Health in Florida is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy team, act as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed, and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and compassionate patient care. You will support the pharmacy operations, coaching the team and upholding quality standards daily.

This role requires an active state Pharmacist license, an active NPI, and eligibility to practice with immunization and clinical services where permitted; professionalism and patient safety are paramount.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Oversee the pharmacy as proxy when the Pharmacy Manager is unavailable.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and labeling.
• Provide patient counseling and immunization services where permissible.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
