Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the store's state is required.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list is required.

Responsabilités

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Supervise and support the Pharmacy Manager in leading the pharmacy team.
• Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients to ensure safe and effective use.
• Immunize patients when permissible and provide patient education.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
