Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Staff Pharmacist in our Retail locations. You will lead the pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, counsel patients, and provide immunizations while supporting store operations and patient care.

You will report to the Pharmacy Manager and collaborate with the health care team to improve patient outcomes and comply with regulations. This full‑time role requires clinical excellence and leadership in a busy CVS Pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient counseling
• Provide immunizations and engage with the patient care team to improve outcomes
• Lead and coach pharmacy staff, ensuring compliance with state and CVS policies
