Employbridge is seeking an Onsite Staffing Manager in the Reno area to lead recruiting efforts and manage staff performance across multiple client locations. This role combines staffing expertise with warehouse operations knowledge to drive workforce success in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires coordinating with client leadership, managing attendance and turnover metrics, and traveling between client sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or onsite management.
• Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment preferred.
• Leadership experience in warehouse/logistics/distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via job boards, referrals, social media, and outreach.
• Partner with client leadership on staffing forecasts and workforce needs.
• Monitor attendance, headcount, turnover, and performance metrics.
• Coach employees on performance, safety, and expectations.
• Travel between client locations to support operations.

As an Onsite Staffing Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting a fast-paced, growing account by leading recruiting efforts, managing employee performance, and building strong client partnerships. This position combines staffing expertise, warehouse operations knowledge, and leadership skills to drive workforce success across multiple client locations throughout the Reno market. This role is ideal for a staffing leader who enjoys being in the operation, partnering with clients, recruiting top talent, and leading teams in a fast-growing warehouse environment.

A Typical Day May Include:

• Managing recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach.
• Conducting new hire orientations and first-day employee check-ins.
• Partnering with client leadership to understand staffing forecasts and workforce needs.
• Monitoring attendance, headcount, turnover, and workforce performance metrics.
• Coaching employees on performance, attendance, safety, and workplace expectations.
• Conducting employee investigations, performance discussions, assignment changes, and exit interviews.
• Supporting workers' compensation claims and workplace incident investigations.
• Traveling between client locations to support operations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Using workforce data, CRM systems, and reporting tools to identify trends and staffing solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or onsite management experience.
• Experience supporting staffing and operations within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse environment strongly preferred.
• Leadership or management experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
• Hands-on forklift experience required, specifically: Reach and EPJ
• Ability to travel between client locations throughout the Reno area.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience with ATS, CRM systems, and workforce management tools.
• Strong leadership and employee coaching abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and schedules.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Comfortable using data and reporting tools to drive workforce decisions.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting staffing and operations within a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) warehouse environment strongly preferred. Experience supporting high-volume staffing operations preferred.

• Combination of office, warehouse, and client-facing work environments.
• Regular travel between client locations throughout the Reno market.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and around material handling equipment.
• Flexible schedule required to support employee check-ins, client needs, and operational demands, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Reliable transportation required.
