Job summary

Employbridge in Reno, NV is seeking a Field Recruiter to connect great talent with local opportunities through in-office and field recruiting across the Reno area.

You will meet with hiring managers, source candidates, attend job fairs, screen and interview, build a strong pipeline, and coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (staffing/high-volume hiring preferred).
• Experience recruiting for warehouse/logistics/manufacturing roles is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Field Recruiter

Reno, NV

IN-OFFICE

As a Field Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting great talent with exciting career opportunities across the Reno market. This position combines recruiting expertise, community outreach, and relationship building to help drive hiring success in fast-paced workforce environments.

A Typical Day May Include:

• Meeting with hiring managers and your recruiting team to discuss hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Attending job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities throughout the Reno area.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
• Guiding candidates through the hiring process and providing excellent experience.
• Coordinating onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screens, and I-9 documentation.
• Tracking recruiting activity and maintaining accurate candidate records.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, high-volume hiring, or workforce solutions.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, industrial, or skilled labor positions is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
