Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience are required.
• Demonstrated success in leading a team or process in a heavy, process-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate staffing requirements and develop value-added services.
• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping, payroll, and invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports on request.
• Manage onsite employee relations, including coaching, performance reviews, and terminations.
• Conduct onsite orientation and safety training.
• Facilitate initial workers' compensation incident reporting and handling.
• Participate in client service reviews and act as liaison between branch and client.
