Job summary

The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center in Dorchester, MA, a spacious 121-bed facility, is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our compassionate team and deliver high-quality post-acute care. We offer flexible scheduling, generous PTO, a 403(b) plan, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and competitive hourly pay between $43 and $47.50 plus shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends.

Available shifts include Part-Time All Shifts, Full-Time 3pm-11pm, and Per-Diem.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current MA RN or LPN licensure.
• CPR certification.
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure care is delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow applicable regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
