Job summary

John Scott House Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking Staff Nurses to join our skilled nursing team in Randolph, MA. This role offers Full/Part-Time options on the night shift (11pm–7am) with a supportive, five-star rated facility environment and opportunities for growth.

You will administer meds, perform assessments, and contribute to coordinated care plans for residents. Requirements include MA RN licensure, CPR certification, and a nursing degree from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and well-being.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.

Education
