Job summary

The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center, located in the Boston metro area, is seeking Staff Nurses (LPNs) to join our 121-bed skilled facility. Ideal candidates hold MA licensure (RN or LPN), have CPR certification, and can deliver high-quality resident care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid MA RN or LPN license with current CPR certification.
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure proper care delivery.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plans of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain resident safety and follow regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:
