Job summary

The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center in Dorchester, MA is seeking Staff Nurses to administer medications, assess residents, and coordinate with physicians on care plans. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
• Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines

LPN $37-$42/hr. plus $1.50-$3.50 shift differentials
