Qualifications

• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN License in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer Meds and complete assessments.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians.
• Develop and monitor care plans for residents.
• Maintain the safety of residents.
• Follow relevant regulatory guidelines.
