John Scott House Rehab & Nursing Center in Randolph, MA is seeking Staff Nurses to join our skilled nursing team. We offer a caring, team-focused environment on a five-star-rated unit.

Pay ranges include LPN $38-$43/hr and RN $42-$47/hr with $3-$6 shift differentials. Shifts available: Full/Part-Time 11p-7a. Our staff benefits include medical, vision, dental, a 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays.

Formación

• Must possess RN license in Massachusetts (MA).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications, complete assessments, and ensure proper delivery of care to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and well-being.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow applicable regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse:
