Job summary

The Bostonian Nursing Care & Rehabilitation Center in metro Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our compassionate clinical team. Full-Time 7a-3p or Part-Time shifts available with competitive hourly pay and generous shift differentials.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid MA RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.

Requirements for Staff Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts
• Current CPR certification
• One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred
