Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to elevate our mobile experiences to best-in-class. You will own a team’s architecture, set system-wide design direction, and drive AI-augmented engineering practices across the org.

You will lead CI/CD for mobile apps, partner with design on a mobile design system, mentor engineers, and influence large cross-team initiatives. 5+ years in mobile with Flutter and React Native, and 10+ years as a software engineer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building mobile apps (Flutter/React Native)
• Experience leading architecture and design decisions
• Strong background in scalable mobile CI/CD
• Mentoring engineers across teams

Responsibilities

• Own team-wide mobile architecture and system design decisions
• Develop AI-augmented workflows and guardrails for AI usage
• Lead mobile CI/CD, app releases, and SDK/framework upgrades
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team initiatives
