Gametime is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer to guide our mobile technology powering a platform used by millions weekly. This senior IC5 role leads architecture, performance, and collaboration across mobile, backend, product, design, and data teams.

You will champion AI-enabled workflows, define long-term mobile strategy, and mentor engineers while ensuring high-quality releases across iOS and Android.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.
• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in mobile apps, especially React Native.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term technical vision and architecture for Gametime's mobile platform (iOS/Android) via React Native.
• Explore AI-powered capabilities in the mobile workflow, including on-device models and personalized features.
• Own end-to-end mobile app strategy from architecture to release engineering and performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across mobile, backend, product, design and data teams.
• Set engineering standards for quality, testing, observability, and best practices.
