Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering, with proven success building, scaling, and maintaining production ML systems.
• Hands-on expertise with one or more of LLMs, deep learning, graph neural networks, gradient-boosted trees, or regression, with NLP/data mining knowledge.
• Strong Python skills with production-grade, well-tested code for ML services.
• Experience mentoring engineers and elevating technical standards across teams.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight for business-ready outputs.

• Own the design and delivery of production ML systems using LLMs and ML techniques.
• Define strategic roadmaps with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
