Qualifications

• 8+ years in ML and software engineering with production experience.
• Experience with LLMs, deep learning, graph nets, NLP, data mining, and statistics.
• Strong Python production code skills with tests.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading reviews.
• Responsible AI, security, and performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of production ML systems using LLMs and DL techniques.
• Define roadmaps with leadership and translate to quarterly plans.
• Lead high-impact ML projects end-to-end.
• Build scalable, secure ML systems and pipelines with Python.
• Mentor engineers and set design and testing standards.
• Drive reviews on security, model quality, and latency.
