Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Mechanical Technical Program Manager in Secaucus, NJ (or Austin, TX) to lead mechanical system development for AI and hyperscale servers.

You will own the program from concept to production, coordinating chassis, cooling, and serviceability across multiple teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MS) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical BOM lifecycle and change control.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across mechanical, thermal, electrical, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical system program strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle.
• Lead mechanical and thermal system development including chassis, cooling, structural integrity, and serviceability.
• Act as the mechanical system integrator, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
