Job summary

AMD in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end validation of AI clusters, including GPU platforms, rack-level solutions, and system bring-up. You will drive cross-functional execution across hardware, firmware, networking, and software teams to ensure readiness for hyperscale deployments.

You will own planning, risk management, and executive reporting, translating deep technical work into clear program milestones, dashboards, and action plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex hardware or AI infrastructure programs spanning bring-up, validation, and deployment.
• Strong technical depth in GPU-based AI systems and datacenter infrastructure.
• Proven ability to drive debug execution, manage ambiguity, and deliver through milestones.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and drive program plans for AI infrastructure systems validation and readiness, including server integration, rack bring-up, and cluster-scale deployment readiness.
• Create and maintain core PM artifacts: schedules, dependency maps, resource forecasts, risk/issue logs, and program dashboards/status reports.
• Identify and drive mitigation plans for issues/risks across multiple engineering areas.
• Drive regular execution reviews with engineering teams and provide concise, data-driven updates to senior leadership.
