Qualifications

• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience leading complex technical programs for Mechanical Cooling and/or Controls Systems.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS or IT-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plans for new Mechanical Solutions and methods to reach maturity for global deployment.
• Plan for global and regional nuances, test and validate, create deployment schedules, and similar production readiness actions.
• Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of Mechanical Systems for a next-generation data center in a cross-functional environment.
• Provide program management leadership in applying new technologies for large-scale hardware deployments.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs with high organizational impact.
