• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years leading complex technical programs in mechanical cooling or controls systems
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related IT discipline

Responsibilities

• Build strategic plans for new Mechanical Solutions and methods for global deployment.
• Plan for global and regional nuances, test and validate, create deployment schedules, and production readiness actions.
• Lead the development, deployment, and sustainment of Mechanical Systems for next-gen data center in cross-functional environment.
• Provide program management leadership for new technologies or retrofit work enabling large-scale hardware deployments.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs across the organization.
