Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Staff Systems Engineer to lead complex product systems across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces. You will own system-level design, interfaces, and trade studies for major product changes, coordinating with hardware, software, quality, and manufacturing teams.

You will mentor engineers, advance common engineering methods, and ensure safety, regulatory, and certification requirements are integrated from concept through release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering (preferred electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or systems engineering).
• 7+ years of experience leading technical work across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD for enclosures, assemblies, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level solution and integration across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and other disciplines.
• Lead NPD programs as technical lead, translating MRD to PRS and ensuring traceability.
• Define requirements, interfaces, and verification strategies; manage risk and compliance.
