Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to lead system-level integration for complex fuel-dispensing and payment products. You will act as technical lead for major NPD programs across electrical, mechanical, and software interfaces.

Working with global teams, you will define requirements, drive design reviews, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while mentoring engineers and advancing system engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering required; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience leading multi-discipline systems projects with traceability.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams across hardware and software.
