Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Engineer, Process to define and improve hardware engineering workflows across disciplines. You will create templates, train teams, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement with global partners.

You will lead process ownership for HW Engineering, maintain documentation, support NPI and Engineering Change Management, and collaborate with Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Quality teams to ensure robust lifecycle practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with DFMEA, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• Strong ability to create and manage process documentation, templates, and artifacts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and global-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and improve HW engineering processes across disciplines.
• Create, manage, and organize process templates, checklists, and documentation including KPI’s.
• Train teams on processes, workflows, tools, templates, and best practices for consistent adoption.
• Conduct process audits to identify gaps and drive corrective actions or improvements.
• Establish and maintain RACI models with clear roles and approvals.
