Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Austin, TX is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary product systems from concept through release. You will own system integration across electrical, mechanical, and software interfaces and guide NPD programs with MRD-to-PRS translation, verification strategies, and risk management.

You will mentor engineers, develop design documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while delivering robust, scalable hardware

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering (electrical, mechanical, mechatronics or related).
• 7+ years of multi-disciplinary engineering experience.
• Proficient in system requirements, architecture, verification and traceability.
• SolidWorks CAD capability for hardware enclosure, packaging, and assemblies.

• Deliver high-quality hardware designs within project timelines.
• Collaborate across global teams and multiple engineering disciplines.
