Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM with 12/10+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary IT&L or Manufacturing environments.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with in-scope SSBI and a CI Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Design tests to verify system requirements and drive producibility in every work phase.
• Develop detailed mechanical integration and test procedures for technicians.
• Document and remedy test anomalies and hardware non-conformances.
• Coordinate across technical disciplines to define operations and ensure efficient execution.
• Operate in a restricted production environment as a key stakeholder for end-to-end program protection.
