You will lead testing and manufacturing efforts, requiring an active Top Secret SCI clearance and strong communication skills. This position offers a robust benefits package and a dynamic, high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 8+ years engineering experience or MS with 6+ years.
• Experience in Integration, Test, and Launch (IT&L) or Manufacturing environments.
• Active Top-Secret SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Willing and able to obtain SAP access.
• Strong long-term planning—resource allocation and schedule execution.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills and technical presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, manufacturing, integration, test and delivery for work packages.
• Design tests to verify system requirements and drive producibility principles.
• Develop detailed mechanical integration and test procedures for technicians to execute.
• Document and remedy test anomalies and hardware non-conformances.
• Coordinate across disciplines to define operations and accomplish work efficiently.
• Operate in a restricted production environment and protect program data.
