You will engage with program management, systems engineering and flight hardware teams to ensure successful mission-critical outcomes.

The position emphasizes leadership, rigorous testing, and collaboration across disciplines, with a focus on space vehicle mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in STEM with 12+ years of related engineering experience or Masters of Science with 10+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary IT&L or Manufacturing environments.
• Strong planning and resource scheduling abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communications and problem-solving skills.
• Active Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance with SSBI and CI Polygraph at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Owns procurement, manufacturing, integration, test and delivery for work packages with cost/schedule responsibility.
• Design tests to verify system requirements and drive producibility in all phases.
• Develop detailed mechanical integration and test procedures for technicians.
• Document and remedy test anomalies and hardware non-conformances.
• Coordinate across technical disciplines to define operations and achieve efficiency.
• Work in a restricted production environment and support end-to-end program protection.
