Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of professional iOS engineering experience, including architecture leadership.
• Expert-level proficiency in Swift and modern iOS development, including SwiftUI.
• Experience migrating from React Native to native iOS and bridging code.
• Strong track record in architecture, coding, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Experience partnering with backend teams for efficient mobile APIs and offline-first solutions.
• Ability to lead discovery and high-level design for technical initiatives.
• Experience with automated testing and secure mobile development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex iOS applications and shared platform components.
• Define and drive modern iOS architecture standards (Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM/MVI, modularization).
• Own large initiatives from concept to production, setting long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate problems into designs.
• Lead migration of the consumer app from React Native to fully native iOS, preserving feature parity.
• Ensure observability with crash analytics and performance monitoring.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into iOS applications while safeguarding privacy and performance.
• Work with Platform Engineering on multi-environment releases and configurations.
