You will spearhead the migration from React Native to native iOS, collaborate with product, architecture, and Platform Engineering, and ensure performance, security, and observability while advancing AI/ML integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional iOS engineering experience with architecture leadership.
• Expert in Swift and modern iOS development including MVVM/MVI.
• Experience migrating from React Native to native iOS.
• Experience with backend APIs design and GraphQL.
• Strong testing, CI/CD, and release management background.
• Collaborates across global teams (US, Spain, India).
• Knowledge of secure mobile development and observability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex iOS apps and shared platform components.
• Define and drive modern iOS architecture standards (Swift, SwiftUI, MVVM/MVI).
• Own large initiatives from concept to production with long-term strategy.
• Manage migration from React Native to native iOS and bridge RN and native code.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define specs.
• Champion observability, crash analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Integrate on-device and cloud AI/ML capabilities while ensuring security.
• Support migration sequencing and architecture decisions across teams.
