Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering with mobile dev.
- 3+ years in engineering management.
- Experience leading native mobile development in a consumer product.

- Own hiring and performance management.
- Contribute to codebase with hands-on development.
- Define migration strategies from React Native to native apps.
