Job summary

Relativity Space in Long Beach is seeking a Test Engineer to design, build, and maintain the ISP HITL test environment spanning hardware, software, and fixtures. You will drive end-to-end validation of flight software, avionics, and interfaces using real hardware.

The role requires 7+ years in test engineering, strong automation skills, and hands-on experience with embedded systems and hardware interfaces such as Ethernet, UART, and SPI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in test engineering and automated test frameworks.
• Hands‑on hardware and embedded systems experience.
• Strong software skills for test automation, tooling, and validation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the ISP HITL test environment end to end.
• Build simulation, data acquisition, and control infrastructure for hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Develop software fixturing, automated test frameworks, and CI/regression pipelines.
