Job summary

Brex is seeking a Growth Product leader to own GTM metrics and drive AI-powered infrastructure to accelerate revenue and retention. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to architect scalable systems and deliver measurable business impact.

The role is based in our in-office locations (SF, Seattle, or NYC) with hybrid work options, requiring on-site presence several days a week and allowing limited remote periods throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling growth, revenue, or GTM systems in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience owning and moving company-level metrics.
• Strong systems thinking across product, process, and people systems.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own a critical GTM-related metric and define the product strategy and roadmap to drive step-change improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks across the revenue funnel and design systems to address them.
• Lead 0→1 and 1→N initiatives re-architecting Brex's GTM infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Engineering, Legal, IT, and Data to drive outcomes.
• Influence stakeholders with clear strategy, business cases, and measurable results.
• Establish input/output metrics and rigorously conduct experimentation and prioritization.
