Job summary

Brex is seeking a GTM Enablement leader to turn AI experiments into a governed, production-grade AI capability for the entire GTM org. You’ll own the roadmap, personally build and ship key AI tooling, and partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering to ensure adoption across the team.

You will work across five hubs (SF, NYC, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Vancouver) in a hybrid setup requiring 3 in-office days per week, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in roles combining go-to-market with revenue ops or enablement
• Experience shipping production code used by sales teams (Python/TypeScript)
• Fluency in sales processes and domain knowledge
• Track record of defining and tracking success metrics for initiatives
• Experience driving adoption, not just deployment
• Autonomy in ambiguous environments with governance mindset
• Four to seven bullet points in the HTML

Responsibilities

• Set the internal sales enablement AI roadmap and prioritization framework.
• Build and standardize GTM AI tooling and ship code.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy for enablement capabilities leveraging external vendors vs in-house AI stack.
