Grafana Labs is a remote-first company hiring a Staff Fullstack Engineer for the AppCore Usage squad. You will focus roughly 75% on backend in Go and Node.js with some TypeScript/React frontend work, building and operating services for billing, usage, and cloud marketplace integrations.

You will lead complex technical work, contribute to implementation, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver reliable, audit-friendly systems. Remote with preference for US/Eastern overlap.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience in Go and Node.js.
• Experience with TypeScript/React frontend.
• Ability to design, build and operate backend services and APIs.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and operate backend services and APIs supporting billing, rates, usage visibility and marketplace workflows.
• Balance 75% backend and 25% frontend work across the stack, delivering features end-to-end.
• Improve correctness and reliability of workflows, perform validation, reconciliation and error handling.
• Plan and execute deployments, database changes and infrastructure migrations with monitoring and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with product management, Support, DealOps, GTM and other AppCore squads to resolve dependencies.
