Job summary

Grafana is seeking an experienced backend engineer to design, build, and operate scalable services for billing, rates, and usage workflows. The role primarily uses Go, with some Node.js and TypeScript/React frontend work.

You will lead complex projects from requirements through implementation, testing, rollout, and production support, while improving correctness and reducing manual tasks. You will also participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with product, support, and infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs for billing, rates, and usage workflows, primarily in Go with some Node.js and TypeScript/React frontend work.
• Lead complex technical projects from requirements through implementation, testing, rollout, and production support.
• Participate in on-call rotation, enhance monitoring and recovery procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
