Job summary

Grafana Labs is a globally distributed, remote-first company building Grafana Cloud, the observability platform used by thousands of organizations. We are seeking a Staff FullStack Engineer to own and scale core AppCore workloads, billing, provisioning, and integrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will build and maintain full-stack systems with Golang/Node.js on the backend and TypeScript/React on the frontend, while collaborating across product, platform, and business operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of fully remote work experience must be demonstrated
• Experience with a big SaaS platform and distributed systems challenges (scalability, multi-tenancy, HA)
• Strong backend experience (Golang, Node.js) and modern frontend (TypeScript, React)
• Able to collaborate across product, platform, and business teams

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate, and evolve reliable full-stack web applications, customer-facing portals, and backend services for core usage and billing workflows
• Develop backend APIs (Golang, Node.js) and frontend UIs using TypeScript/React
• Create integrations with NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Automate business logic for usage metering, pricing, promotions, and billing reconciliation
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end features and improve reliability
• Improve CI/CD, testing coverage, observability, and system resilience
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship and participate in OnCall and roadmapping activities
• Help own production behavior including runbooks, dashboards, and recovery procedures
